With a mission to empower startups, scale-ups, and entrepreneurs, Erasmus Enterprise, a subsidiary of Erasmus University, serves as a hub for innovation and collaboration. I successfully executed campaigns and initiatives that elevated the organisation’s brand visibility and engagement while fostering meaningful connections with stakeholders during my tenure.

In this role, I led the development, execution, and optimisation of high-impact marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I ensured all initiatives aligned with organisational goals and reinforced a consistent brand identity. I managed the brand’s digital presence on platforms, such as Instagram and LinkedIn, implemented creative content strategies, and mentored a dynamic marketing team of 2.5 FTEs to achieve exceptional results. A key highlight was my work at the AI Pitch Competition, where I devised and executed a comprehensive marketing strategy. This included drafting a compelling press release, creating a targeted social media plan, and employing tactics to generate engagement and leads.
