Redefining Archisen’s Brand for Growth
How I grew Archisen’s corporate brand from roots to revenue and positioned Archisen as a market leader
Archisen, an agriculture technology pioneer focused on ultra-local, ultra-fresh produce in ASEAN urban centres, faced the challenge of redefining its brand to attract more B2B leads and connect meaningfully with its audience. Recognising the need for a cohesive brand story and customer experience, I spearheaded the development and execution of a new brand identity, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
To bring Archisen’s brand to life, I developed and executed the following from the ground up:
Brand Development: Comprehensive brand guideline book and corporate visuals (images and videos).
Digital Presence: Designed and launched a new website (WordPress) and managed social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
Marketing Materials: Created catalogues, flyers, and branded merchandise.
Engagement Campaigns: Organised exhibitions, trade events, and offline farmer markets to connect with investors and B2B clients.
Public Relations: Boosted media visibility with strategic PR campaigns.
